I. Post Duties
1. Accept customer orders.
2. Follow up the procurement or production progress and communicate with customers in time.
3. Accept the application for gifts and materials from customers and implement the issuance.
4. Customer return processing.
5. Price adjustment information and company policy announcement.
6. Customer complaint feedback.
7. Customer information maintenance, market information collation and feedback.
